Our program MISSION for all students at Lexington Elementary School is to provide them with a comprehensive, developmental school counseling program. Our program is centered around a caring, creative, and collaborative learning environment. Advocacy is our primary role in order that we may facilitate the life-long learning success of our students, help them develop attributes of a SC graduate and be responsible citizens in a global society.

Our program VISION is to empower all students to design the future and to be caring, creative and collaborative life-long learners.
The LES School Counseling program:
Offers each student opportunities and learning experiences to address the academic, social/emotional and career mindsets and behaviors.
Sees all students as unique who deserve to be treated with respect and afforded the support and advocacy they need to help reduce barriers to learning.
Helps students develop the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that are essential to becoming healthy and productive SC graduates and life-long learners.
Works collaboratively with all stakeholders to provide opportunities for students to succeed in a caring and positive school environment.
