Welcome!

My name is Jennifer Drake and I will be your child's first grade teacher this year. I am from Lexington, South Carolina and graduated from Lexington High School. I attended Columbia College where I received a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and a Masters Degree in Divergent Learning. I am certified in Early Childhood and Elementary Education.

My husband and I have two precious girls named Addison and Aubrey. Addison is fourteen years old. and Aubrey is twelve. We also have a 4 year old Lab named Cocoa.

This year will begin my nineteenth year of teaching. I started my teaching career with Lexington District Two.  I transferred to Lexington-Richland District Five and taught at Harbison West  Elementary for six years. This year will be my fifth  year of teaching at Chapin Elementary! I look forward to working with you and your child this year!
