Run meetings, keep order 

Assist Sponsors with creating meeting agendas

Help promote club service projects 

Meet with the Executive Board monthly

Vice President (7th or 8th Grader) 

Fill in/Assist the President

Take meeting attendance

Create social media posts

Meet with the Executive Board monthly

Secretary (7th or 8th Grader) 

Take meeting minutes and post them in Google Classroom following each meeting

Collect service project logs & record them with Ms Ackerson

Meet with the Executive Board monthly

Historian (7th or 8th Grader) 

Take photos at all events and share them with 

Assist the Vice President with creating social media posts
