About me

Welcome!!

This upcoming school year will be my fifteenth year with the Levittown School District. I started my career in Levittown as a Teaching Assistant. I quickly realized my passion for teaching and returned to school to obtain my Teaching Degree. It was the best decision I ever made because I absolutely love my job. I love to teach but I also love to learn. I believe there is something to learn each and every day.

Some more fun facts about me:

• I have two daughters. Their names are Kelsey and Taylor. Like you, they attended Salk Middle School and graduated from MacArthur High School.

• I love the beach! I visit the beach all year long. I will often visit for the day or drive down to catch a sunset. Have you ever seen snow on the beach? Cool (no pun intended) stuff!!

• I will admit to being nervous using technology. However, I love to learn so I have spent the summer trying new things. Guess what?? I created this webpage so I'm learning!

• I'm a huge sports fan! To satisfy my competitive spirit, I spend time coaching. I have coached basketball, tennis, track and cross country.

• I love to read! I'm willing to bet that might not come as a surprise.

• I was featured in an ad campaign for Queens College. My picture was used in catalogs, billboards, advertisements and social media. It was my first and last modeling job.

• I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I'm very social and enjoying getting to know new people.

Believe it or not, my students often teach me new and exciting facts every year. As you know, our classroom environment is going to be a bit different this year. I'm looking forward to learning alongside you as we navigate this new experience together.
