  • Bintulu/Miri/Kota Kinabalu outlets : 9 - 13 October 2023 

• When redeeming your GYM ENTRY ticket at our Front Desk, you may be required to leave your contact details for security procedure purposes.

• Your GYM ENTRY ticket does not include access to group workout classes.
  If you're interested to join classes, please approach our Front Desk to enquire how you can join the next one.

• Your GYM ENTRY ticket include access and usage of the amenities that are available in the outlet you're visiting ie all gym equipment, virtual class studio, showers; and in Premium outlets, sauna, massage chairs etc.

• At Premium outlets, if you require the use of locker to keep your bags, you may request over the Front Desk by placing a RM20 refundable deposit.

GYM ENTRY Ticket FAQ

• If you redeemed 1 GYM ENTRY ticket in the morning, leave the gym, and return in the evening on the same day (even if it's to the same outlet), you will be required to purchase another GYM ENTRY ticket for your 2nd gym entry in the evening.

• If you have GYM ENTRY ticket to redeem, and you're aged 16 - 17 years old, you will need to have your parent or adult guardian to sign a Parental Consent Form at our Front Desk before you can enter the gym.
  For children aged below 16 years old, a parent or adult guardian must accompany you when you workout at all times. For more information on child entry, please visit our Front Desk during Staffed Hours.

• 100% funds received from fundraiser ticket sales, activities and donations are non-refundable

• 1 FUNDRAISER CLASS ticket = 1 entry for 1 person to attend the scheduled class as per class name, date, time and venue stated on the ticket

• If you're not a Level Up Fitness gym member, you are required to purchase a GYM ENTRY ticket at minimum donation of RM10/ticket in order to access the gym and join the class.

• Please ensure that you REACH EARLY, before class start time.
  If reach the class late for more than 5 minutes, Level Up Fitness staff has the right to deny entry.
  This is to ensure that you don't miss the required warm up and avoid disrupting other class participants and instructors when class is in session.

• Complete the whole class for a chance to WIN A MINI PRIZE FROM THE FACE SHOP!
  Each class will end with a mini lucky draw so make sure to complete the class for the full calorie-burning experience and perhaps a little reward.😉
