About The Role:
Are you a fitness enthusiast with a talent for sales and a presence on social media? Level Up Fitness is expanding! We are looking for a dynamic Sales Lead and Membership Consultants to launch our brand-new Premium outlet in Paradigm Mall, Petaling Jaya.
Whether you are a strategic leader capable of managing a team or a high-energy "closer" who loves meeting new people at roadshows, we want to hear from you. You will be the face of our Premium brand, driving awareness both on the ground and across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
For the Sales Lead (Leadership & Strategy):
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently hit and exceed monthly targets.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales targets (KPIs) and daily activity plans (calls, tours, outreach).
Lead Management: Oversee the CRM, assign leads to consultants, and ensure high conversion rates.
Business Development: Propose innovative lead generation strategies and corporate partnership proposals.
Incentive Design: Propose and refine commission/incentive structures that drive high performance and team morale.
For Membership Consultants (Sales & Outreach):
Direct Sales: Drive membership sign-ups through active prospecting and professional club tours.
Roadshows & Events: Represent Level Up Fitness roadshows and external community events.
Lead Nurturing: Follow up diligently on all inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, online and email to convert interest into memberships.
Digital Presence: Actively use Facebook and Instagram to engage with the local PJ community, showcasing the Premium facilities and lifestyle of the gym.
Job Requirements:
Social Media Savvy: You are active on Instagram and Facebook and understand how to use these platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Sales Driven: Proven track record in sales (fitness, hospitality, or luxury retail experience is a major plus).
Communication: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
Personality: High energy, approachable, and genuinely passionate about health and fitness.
Lead Qualities: For the Sales Lead role, at least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory sales role and good sales track record is required.
Flexibility: Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays (mall hours).
