Many of the benefits of ICT in communication are that people can now send media/media text messages to different people all over the world at any given time. This also means that your information and data are now more reliable than traditional letters because of how quickly these messages are sent and received thanks to the internet and advanced technology that makes it possible these days.

Yet this new mode of communication causes a schism amongst people. We lose natural human interaction nor the ability of communication f2f, which gets people accustomed to the outside world owing to their reliance on it, particularly among teens nowadays, who spend way too much time on social media, creating addiction.

ICT (information and communication technology) has altered education and how we spend our leisure time. We understood that there would be a lot of change when technology arrived and affected someone's life, the way people communicate from afar, people's works, and so on. That is the magnitude of the changes brought about by ICT in the present day. 

None the less information and communications technology "ICT" emphasize the importance of telecommunications technology for some new ways of bringing people together and making things easier by using advanced technology.
