When using punctuation, only use one (1) space after each line
No extra returns/enters after lines unless you are separating stanzas
Punctuation, capitalization, and other conventions are not required. Use what works best to support your poem.
Tips:
Use the alignment that works best for your poem. Do not center the writing unless you have a compelling reason. ("I like the way it looks" is not a compelling reason.)

There is no guarantee that all works will be published in color, so stick to strong contrast and themes in case of the event that your work needs to be put in black-and-white.
