This page is dedicated to unit documents. The documents that you turn in each month can be submitted here in the folder with your school initials. Bank statements, treasurer's reports, annual financial reports, audits, budgets, roster changes, and any other documents that council asks for can be uploaded directly to your file for your school. If you have questions or need help with the required documents please email Stephanie at leadership@leptsa.org
Click link or login to your Google Account
The link that was emailed to you will give you access to your schools file. Click "share with me" on your school file which should be in the 2025-2026 with your school name. If you are missing access as a president or treasurer, please reach out to president@leptsa.org and we can get you access.
Click Unit Tracker
Here you can click your spreadsheet. You can see what we have and what we need. This is a view only file, please do not click off boxes.
Upload Docs
Click "NEW" (plus sign on the left hand side), click file upload. Choose the file or photo you want to upload, click it, and make sure it shows up in your Google File. Please add it where it goes (ie bank statements go in the statements folder).
