MISSION STATEMENT
We believe that all children need the opportunity to explore and create. As educators, it is our job to ensure that every child has every opportunity to learn and to exceed their own expectations. We teach students about empathy and compassion and invite them to be curious and excited about their learning. We believe the bond between teachers and students is one of the most impactful relationships in a student’s life. As early educators, we have a responsibility to encourage each and every child to do their best, teach them resilience through the struggles of learning and life, and to help them achieve their highest potential.
Samoset Preschool is Learning to Code!
Our classrooms at Samoset Preschool were visited by Sphero's Indi Robots! With the help of Miss Stephanie and Miss Haley, the students learned the basics of coding. We learned how to make Indi drive using color-based commands--how cool! We showed Indi how to drive fast, stop, and even dance!
Enjoy these photos from each of our classes showcasing our students as they help Indi drive around their classrooms! Thanks for visiting Stephanie, Haley, and Indi!
