Directions: 

1.) Fill out the google form below.

*If you want to do a follow up visit, we ask you to still do a google form**. 

2.) You should get a confirmation email confirming your reservation within 24-48 hours of submitting the form.

**If you schedule your class during the lunch block, just note we will be taking the second lunch from 11:01am-11:23am.
