About Us

The Culinary Arts program is one of many different programs at Leominster CTEi Technical School.

Students in this program learn fundamental knowledge and skills required

to work in the Hospitality Industry.

The program has three specialties: Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, and Bakery.

Junior and Senior year, students operate a full service restaurant open to the public called Appleseeds.

The average number of guests served per day is 60 people.

Appleseeds first opened in Fall of 1993. Since that day, it has been an overwhelming success!
