The following are highlights of my skills and accomplishments.

• Passed all of my certification exams, including: Pedagogy & Professional Responsibilities EC-12, English as a Second Language, Core Subjects 4-8, and Life Sciences 7-12.

• Graduating Magna cum Laude, from Texas Woman’s University on December 12^th, 2015.

• I am very strong and knowledgeable of technology and how to integrate it in the classroom and was chosen to be a part of the Keller ISD Technology Visioning Process. I have often helped the Ed. Tech Dept. and my campuses with holding trainings/pd over technology in the classroom.

• Possess an ability to adapt and adopt different teaching styles depending on the needs of my student’s.

• Have worked closely with implementing IEP’s and differentiated learning to meet the needs all students.

• In 2019, I was selected to be a part of a district-wide mentor teacher ELM group, called ELM Academy. New to project-based learning teachers throughout the district will have opportunities to visit my classroom throughout the year for mentorship on implementing ELM in the classroom. I am knowledgeable in planning and implementing project-based learning and argument driven inquiry.

My strong work ethic and exceptional desire to teach, combined with my ability to work well under pressure, allow me to thrive in the fast-paced teaching environment. Furthermore, with the ability to creatively align activities and lesson plans with the specified TEKS, I believe I will make a noticeable impact.
