Primary Geography Subject Leader Training

Power of Coaching
Date and times:
Wednesday 24th May 2023 - 3pm-5pm
Tuesday 20th June 2023 - 3pm-5pm
Led by: Alison Day, Executive Principal & Catherine Lester, Executive Principal
Course Overview:
Practitioners will gain a deeper understanding about the power of coaching and the impact that great coaching has on learning - being able to confidently apply several strategies to deepen the thinking of pupils; inspire colleagues to develop and grow; and become a more reflective and energised professional. As a credible coach, professionals will be able to coach informally, formally and in a structured way using the OLEVI Analytical Coaching programme.
Full attendance of this programme will enable you to:
* Utilise processes and skills to coach pupils and professionals to improve learning, thinking and well-being;
* Implement OLEVI’s informal, formal and structured coaching with individuals;
* Model courage, humility and discipline when engaging with coaching conversations.

Our Art Open Afternoon will provide Trustees, Members and Governors with an opportunity to:
Hear from our Trust Art Lead & Director of Partnerships as they share our LEO art journey and the rationale to our approach.
Learn how art is taught from EYFS to KS2 and find out more about the wonderful opportunities our pupils take part in.
Meet representatives from the pupil and staff team as they share their own experiences within the subject area of art.
Visit classrooms and see art lessons in action.
