This week marked an exciting development as our school launched Universal Breakfast programme! All children have the opportunity to enjoy a nutritious breakfast at school, free of charge. We believe that providing a healthy start to the day is crucial for the well-being and learning of our children, helping them to focus better in class and be ready to engage with their learning.
You are warmly invited to our annual Emotional Wellbeing Fayre, which will be held on Thursday, 15th May 2025, from 2:30pm to 4:00pm in the School Hall. Please feel free to drop in at any time during this period.
This event is designed to support and inform families about emotional wellbeing. It will feature interactive stalls and resources from local services and charities aimed at enhancing emotional wellness. You will have the opportunity to engage with professionals, ask questions, and learn more about available support services.
We believe that emotional wellbeing is essential for the whole family, and this fayre provides a valuable opportunity to access information and connect with support networks.
We kindly request that you register for the event using this link.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Emotional Wellbeing Fayre.
Kind Regards,
Mrs Laher and Miss Andrews
Vice Principal and Family Support Worker
Hurst Park Primary Academy is looking for volunteers to enhance children's learning. Volunteers are highly valued and appreciated by children and staff. In the past, volunteers have helped children with reading and maintaining the Library. Volunteers must complete a comprehensive induction programme, including a DBS check, and adhere to our Safeguarding procedures. Volunteering hours are flexible. If you are interested in making a difference, please complete the Volunteer Registration form to apply. Please note that volunteers will not be placed in their child's class.
Congratulations to Elliot (3L) for playing football in Milan for QPR during the holidays.
