National Numeracy Day took place on Wednesday 21st May. This year’s theme was all about Money, which linked in well with our Financial Literacy learning. The main aim was to build the children’s confidence with numbers. Our younger children took part in engaging Maths activities, whilst the other children created a picture of their dream job or hobby which included how the job or hobby incorporates numbers. Their pictures will be entered into a national Number Heroes Competition.
