SUMMER TERM EXTRA CURRICULAR CLUBS CLUBS

Please click here for the Summer Term Clubs list. As we have done for the past year, we are asking parents to complete this Google Form to submit their preferences for clubs.

Clubs will not be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Instead, we will allocate spaces so that as many children as possible are attending at least one club that they would like to. Please be aware that this is a lengthy process with the aim of making as many children as happy as possible.

You have until Monday 18th March at 4pm to complete this form. We recommend speaking to your child about which clubs they would like to join.

We will start allocating clubs on Tuesday 19th March and we will send an email out to let you know when we have completed this.

Clubs will start in the second week of term, week commencing Monday 22nd April. Clubs will run until week commencing 8th July. There will be no clubs in the last week of term.

Occasionally, we may have to make a change to a club and we will email you if your child’s club has to be cancelled.

We are pleased to let you know that we will be running an after school club for Reception in the Summer Term. Miss Gill and Mrs Harris will run a Creativity Club on Thursdays after school, finishing at 3.45pm. Please complete this form if you would like to register your interest.

Please note that in order to give as many children as possible the chance to attend we will run two groups, one before May Half Term and one after May Half Term. You can state your preference on the form.

We also have two other external clubs which are open to Reception:

Year 1 - 3 Only

We have been contacted by an Artist who would like to run an after school club on Friday afternoon for Year 1 - 3. In order for her to see if this is viable we need to find out how many children might sign up. More information is available on the flyer below.
