YEAR 4
Year 4 have designed their eye catching chocolate bar packaging and have decided which ingredients to use. Year 4 are putting their senses to the test as part of DT this half term. They are exploring existing products to help them design their own chocolate bars.
WORLD THINKING DAY
Thursday 22nd February 24
World Thinking day is being celebrated on 22nd February, as it is every year, and is a day for members of the guiding community to celebrate being part of an international movement This year the theme is Our World, Our Thriving Future. This gives Girl Guides a chance to learn about how girls and young women can build a better future where all girls live in an environmentally sustainable world free of poverty
Schools are invited to allow pupils who are members of Rainbows, Brownies or Guides and Scouts to wear their uniforms on this day, and to increase the awareness of both the community movement and the overall theme.

YEAR 1
Year 1 have had a great afternoon printing using their body parts! Look at their amazing artwork!
YEAR 2
The Year 2 children have had a busy Art Entry Point this afternoon! They are very excited for their upcoming lessons on expressive painting!
YEAR 4
Year 4 have attended the Philharmonia Orchestra to listen to a range of instruments. They are enjoying some sea shanties performed by a wind and brass quintet.
