Year 2 have had a great morning exploring their local area. We looked at how to get from our school to Cheam Park and which direction to go in!
Amber Class have embraced yellow and spots for Pudsey today!
Year 6 have been looking at designs of different motor vehicles to gain inspiration for their own designs
To end Anti-Bullying week, Reception have been exploring the impacts of bullying and how it can affect others. We learnt how our feelings can be hurt on the inside when someone is bullied, even though we look fine on the outside
Reception are kick starting Nursery Rhyme week by dressing up as their favourite nursery rhyme character!
Reception have been learning all about Remembrance Day! We discovered why we wear poppies and why Remembrance Day is important. We then used apples to print a poppy picture and took part in a 2 minute silence.
The children have had a busy evening:
Stone Age Adventures: They've been travelling back in time with Now Press Play, exploring life in the Stone Age, even hunting for food!
Den Building: We've seen some amazing dens being built with impressive creativity.
Marshmallow Toasting: The campfire was a big hit, with everyone enjoying toasted marshmallows.
As part of our ‘Once Upon a Time’ topic, Reception enjoyed a storytelling workshop! We went on a story hunt and listened to lots of stories!
