World Autism Awareness week is Monday 29th March to Sunday 4th April.
One in every 100 UK school children is autistic and, without the right support, school can be a confusing and difficult place.
During this week, we will try and improve the children's understanding of autism.
To celebrate World Autism Awareness week Cognus' Autism Service has organised some talks on the Cognus YouTube Channel on Monday 29th March including Carley Jones MBE talking about her experiences as an autistic female as well as Smith and Spoon (two young people who previously attended Sutton schools).
Please click here for the flyer and click here for the link to subscribe to the YouTube channel.
The lovely Melanie & Tracy from Adapt to Learn are offering a FREE one hour workshop to grandparents and other extended family during World Autism Awareness Week.
Limited places available so contact tracym@adapttolearn.com or melaniev@adapttolearn.com today to book your space!
