Weekly Newsletter

26th February 2021

Firstly, I would like to say well done for supporting your children through a very difficult time. I fully understand the challenges you have faced and overcome.

Secondly, I would like to thank you all for your continued support throughout this year and particularly over the past few months. The children have been a credit to you all and to the school. We are very proud of how they have managed to adapt to distance learning and adjust to new routines.

As you may be aware, the Government have recently released their guidance with regards to the full opening of schools from Monday 8th March. As you can imagine, the work that needs to be completed to ensure this is done safely requires a great deal of planning and preparation. More information about this will be sent home in the next few days.

Finally, we can't wait to welcome everyone back to school on Monday 8th March!

Stay safe until then!

Dates For Your Diary

World Book Day - 4th March

World Book Day is fast approaching on Thursday 4th March and although things may be slightly different this year, we will still be spending the day celebrating a range of fantastic books and taking part in some great book related activities.

Whether your child is at school or is learning from home, we would love them to dress up on this day as a book character of their choice! We would love to see their costumes so please make sure you send them in via your year group emails.

Children are never too young to start their journey with books and the benefits of reading are enormous - we are looking forward to another great World Book Day where we can celebrate this.
