We have been busy working with teachers to create a perfect presentation award.
This award will be given out every Friday to one pupil per class who has produced high quality, well presented work.
This is part of our commitment to increasing the consistency of presentation in books.
To help this, we are working on our approach to handwriting and all pupils in KS2 will now be writing in pen in all lessons apart from Maths.
We can't wait to see everyone's perfectly presented work!
The Learning Ambassadors
As part of our partnership with St Raphael’s Hospice we would love the children to make Christmas Cards, at home, to send to the residents there.
The theme for the cards this year is ‘Lights’.
Please post your finished cards in the Red Post Box in Reception by Friday 10th December.
We hope you have as much enjoyment from making them as the residents will get from receiving them.
We cannot wait to see the wonderful designs you come up with!
The Community Ambassador Team
The elves are busy getting ready to welcome pupils to the grotto to choose presents to give to their loved ones (more information coming soon).
If you have any new or unused gifts which you are willing to donate, please pop them in the box in the main office.
We appreciate all your support.
To raise money we had a mufti day. So far we have raised £264
Thank you to those who donated, if you still wish to make a donation you can use this link.
In order to maximise learning time, each class will only perform once. However if you are unable to attend, a pre-recorded performance will be available after the concert.
Each performance will take place in the hall (apart from Nursery). Please arrive at the time stated below and queue at the hall door.
Children can wear Christmas jumpers.

Since September, our Year 5 & 6 Topical Talk Club have been busy discussing and debating current news stories. On the online Student Hub, they have been able to write posts and comment on global news stories, earning stars along the way.
We are very pleased to announce that 'excellent_solution', also known as Daniel (Topaz), has had his comment on the carbon footprint of food appear in the latest edition of Topical Talk Hub Highlights - a short magazine compiling the best posts, comments, analysis and questions from the latest issue!
Well done Daniel - click here to have a read of the full magazine.
This week they played Manor Park Primary Academy, winning 2-1.
Great collaboration and communication boys!
We have now explored all our the Personal Learning Goals.
