Although 2021 did not start as we all expected, there has been so much amazing learning going on.
We are so proud of you all (children and parents) for adapting to remote learning once again.
You have all done a wonderful job and have created a wealth of creative projects as well continuing to practise your phonics, reading, writing and maths skills.
Thank you for your continued support and have a great half term break!

What has happened this week?
World Book Day is fast approaching on Thursday 4th March and although things may be slightly different this year, we will still be spending the day celebrating a range of fantastic books and taking part in some great book related activities.
Whether your child is at school or is learning from home, we would love them to dress up on this day as a book character of their choice! We would love to see their costumes so please make sure you send them in via your year group emails.
Children are never too young to start their journey with books and the benefits of reading are enormous - we are looking forward to another great World Book Day where we can celebrate this.

Join Storyteller, Andy Copps, for a virtual workshop of storytelling and puppetry. Andy is a very well known local storyteller who has worked with our children before and we are really pleased to welcome him back for some half term fun!
The on-line session will involve lots of interactive fun and singing. Kids are invited to bring along their own puppet or soft toy and Andy will help them use their imagination to bring their toys to life. He'll also explore shadow storytelling and puppetry with the kids.
