Mental health awareness week takes place from the 10th May to the 16th May. The theme for this year's week is 'nature'. Recent National Trust research found a link between feeling connected to nature and having improved wellbeing.
Here is a health and wellbeing booklet helping children reconnect with the natural environment through 14 outdoor activities and games.
