Burnet News Club 'Teacher of the Year' & Outstanding School of the Year


A huge congratulations to Mr Perrott, Director of English and Vice Principal at Cheam Common Junior Academy (CCJ) for being awarded the 'Teacher of the Year Award' by the @Econ_Foundation Burnet News Club. A fantastic achievement and celebration of your hard work this year.


The Year 5 & 6 Burnet News Club at CCJ were also named as one of the six winners of the Outstanding School Award by @Econ_Foundation. What a fantastic achievement!

The National Cybersecurity Centre (NCSC, part of GCHQ) has produced free cyber security training to raise awareness and help school staff manage some of the key cyber threats facing schools.

This training is non-technical and appropriate for all staff to attend, but may be particularly helpful for senior leaders and governors to attend in order to understand high-level issues and why you need to be aware (and what you need to do about it).
