ECT+1 Programme
ECT+1s from across @LEOacademies recently enjoyed their first training session with Mrs Carlile, Director of Training and Professional Development
This session included a morning visit to @CCIacademy followed by an afternoon workshop focusing on embedding a positive climate for learning. A brilliant opportunity to network, share ideas and to learn from others.

Olevi Creative Teacher Programme
Staff from across @LEOacademies took part in the second session of the @OLEVItalk Creative Teacher Programme.
A brilliant day of reflection with the opportunity to see teaching and learning in action.

Olevi Outstanding Teaching Assistant Programme
Teaching Assistants from across @LEOacademies took part in the first session of the @OLEVItalk Outstanding Teaching Assistant Programme.
Participants came away with lots of practical ideas to try out in school.

T&L Trust Wide CPD Pobble
Staff from across the Trust joined together for a trust wide CPD session to learn about how Pobble can be used successfully in the classroom to enhance teaching and learning
Thank you Mr Perrott, Director of English, for providing an excellent overview of how to use Pobble as a teaching and learning tool.
We are really looking forward to the next session in a few weeks time!
ECT CPD session
ECTs from across @LEOacademies attended the the first training session of the half term led by Mrs Carlile, Director of Training and Professional Development and Mr Macaulay, Director of Innovation and Growth. This session forms part of the UCL ECF Induction Programme in Partnership with Harris Crystal Palace Teaching School Hub.
ECTs from across Sutton & Wallington enjoyed exploring the ways they can best enable pupil learning in their own classrooms. Participant's went away with lots of practical ideas to try out in their own classrooms.
