Mortgage Loan Processor

Position Summary:

Responsible for confirming and verifying all loan application information. Work closely with our Loan Officers to ensure a timely and accurate experience for our clients - from first time home buyers to refinancers - throughout the entire mortgage process.

Position Primary Responsibilities:

• Review documentation (i.e. tax returns, bank statements, pay stubs, etc) to make sure everything meets program guidelines and sign off on received conditions once underwritten.

• Review file documentation to ensure all necessary items have been requested (i.e. purchase contracts, bankruptcy papers, trust documents, etc)

• Order and review all necessary AUS, appraisal and title documentation, as well as all required credit and underwriting documentation

• Work with loan officers to create efficient and accurate processing of loan files in a timely manner

• Submit complete loan files for underwriting review

• Use Calyx Point to manage your loan pipeline as well as conduct credit and underwriting analysis

• Ensure complete loan packages have been submitted for closing preparation, including updates if and when changes occur

FHA Corporate Underwriter

We are looking for Experienced Underwriters.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Underwrite residential first mortgage files (FHA/VA program).
• Underwrite file from initial decision to clear-to-close, utilizing mortgage software in a paperless environment.
• Adhere to all department service level standards for communication, production, and turn-time.
• Supportive environment that offers autonomy, customer service and a commitment to doing it right.

Basic Qualifications

• Proven ability to analyze and underwrite complex loan structure, including self-employed borrowers, investment properties, construction loans and all expanded approvals.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years in FHA and Conventional underwriting experience.

Mortgage Loan Originator

As a Loan Officer, you are the smiling face of Mortgage One Solutions—you advise the client about the best loans available for their purposes, accepts an application that the borrower has filled out, gathers documentation throughout the process, and communicates with the processor and underwriter to ensure that the loan gets approved.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Interviews prospective applicants ,in person or over the telephone, to discuss various loan products, quote rates, terms and payments.
• Requests specified information related to loan or credit application and prepares files for submission to processing
• Corresponds or re-interviews applicants to resolve questions regarding application information.
• Serves as primary point of contact for team member inquiries and/or loan applications
• Maintain an open line of communication with all parties involved (Borrower, Real Estate Agent, Settlement Agent, etc.) to insure updates are communicated in a timely manner.

Basic Qualifications

• Familiar with FHA and HUD guidelines.
• 2-4 Years of recent mortgage lending experience required
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, across a variety of audiences.
• Ability to analyze and comprehend complex financial data and provide financial alternatives.
• Professional and effective interpersonal skills.
