We are currently seeking a responsible and trustworthy person to rent our condo. We expect that you will be tidy and take care of your room as if it were your own. Our condo is located in downtown Montreal near a park, with convenient access to life necessities and in close proximity to Concordia University and McGill University. The property is only a five-minute walk from Peel Station (green line) or Bonaventure Station (orange line), as well as Station Lucien-L'Allier. It is also situated near Gare Central and Gare Lucien-L'Allier, and you can easily access the Old Port or Chinatown through the underground city.

Our condo is on the 19th floor and will be available for rent starting in August. You can choose to move in as early as July 1st. The property is mobility impaired accessible, and equipped with an elevator, wall-mounted air conditioning, fire detector (connected), intercom, sauna, spa, gym, and rooftop swimming pool. The view from the condo is spectacular during the day or night.

We have made some small renovations to the kitchen for better organization, and to the storage and wardrobe. All lights are dimmable and controlled via Google Home to save electricity. The balcony floor is equipped with balcony tiles, making it easy to maintain and clean. We have also prepared two different shower heads for your convenience so that you can enjoy a shower or a bath according to your preference.

The condo comes with all appliances, including lights, fridge, oven, cook-top, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, range hood, and wall-mounted AC units. A bookshelf (optional) and curtains with a sliding rail (optional) are also included. You will be responsible for paying for electricity, heating, cable, and internet, as well as any moving fees required by the syndicate of co-ownership.

Please note that we do not allow pets or cannabis in the room. We accept a lease term of either one year or six months, and if possible, we would appreciate one month's rent as a deposit. Additionally, there is a $100 deposit required for one chip.
