As a graduate student, you may apply only once, and only if you have completed no more than one academic year of graduate study as defined by the university attended as of the application deadline. Deadline: mid to late October.

Your complete application and all supporting documentation must be received before your first day of travel. Students are allowed a maximum of $225 in GSS funding per fiscal year and are limited to $150 if presenting a paper or $75 if attending but not presenting.
