Poster Session

Building C C3 Lounge Area | 4:00-5:00pm 

Please complete the your registration information by 12.29.25.
You will receive confirmation of acceptance of you poster on a rolling basis & no later than 12.31.25

Below is some information as to the criteria for the poster:

1. Research must be relevant/aligned to I-DISC ie. data, intelligent systems and computation and large language models . This is open to all faculty and students (UG, Graduate, PhD or Post-doc)

2. You can bring an existing poster you have presented this past academic year, or I-DISC will organize and cover the cost of a new poster to be printed.
Faculty / Students must send their poster in PDF format and sized to 24"x36" or 36"x48" (portrait or landscape) to Nicole DiRado (nid523@lehigh.edu) by 9AM on Monday, January 5, 2026. After this date/time, faculty & students will be responsible to have their posters printed and pay out of pocket (no exceptions).

3. Faculty / Student(s) must be available to attend the poster session in person, in Building C (C3 lounge area) on Monday, January 12, 2026 from 4:00-5:00pm. (Arrive by 3:30pm latest to set up).
Faculty/Students will be responsible to take their poster with them following the event.
