COVID-19 Risk Mitigation Plan:

Minimally we will follow all guidelines and requirements set forth by the Lehigh University COVID policy, which is outlined and updated here.

Vaccine Mandates - All visitors participating in events at Lehigh University are required to provide proof of vaccination. All registrants will be directed to a link where they can provide proof of vaccination status.

Masks - We ask that all attendees wear high-quality masks (KF-94, KN-95, N-95) while indoors, irrespective of the CDC's or Lehigh's guidelines.

Testing - We will provide at-home rapid antigen tests for in-person attendees. We kindly ask attendees to test at your hotel immediately prior to arrival at the Zoellner Arts Center on Monday, May 2, and Tuesday, May 3. Please do not attend the in-person session if you test positive or display symptoms consistent with a potential COVID infection. Virtual attendance will be available for persons needing to quarantine or isolate due to COVID-19 infection.
