August Campus Arrival 

Gryphon Move-In & Key Pickup Information 

Below are the move in dates for Gryphons. Gryphons will not be allowed to move into their residential spaces for the 2025-2026 academic year earlier than Sunday, August 10, 2025. Below is the move in information for each Gryphon staff training level:

• Head Gryphons- Move in will take place on Sunday, August 10, 2025 between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. You will need to contact the AD on Duty (484-223-9031), Erica, to retrieve your keys. The first training session begins at 8:00 AM on 8/11 in Williams Hall.

• New Gryphons- Move in will take place on Monday, August 11, 2025 between 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. You will pick up your keys in the Residence Life Office, located in Williams Hall, suite 320. If you are unable to move in during that time frame, you will need to go to LUPD to retrieve them. The training begins with breakfast at 8:15 AM on Tuesday, 8/12 in Lamberton Hall.

• Returning Gryphons- Move in will take place on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 from 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Should you need to move in after 4:30 PM on 8/13, you will need to go to LUPD to retrieve them. The first training session begins at 8:00 AM on 8/14 with breakfast at Rathbone followed by an in-area meeting at 9:00 AM.

Campus Arrival Information:

• Please bring your Lehigh ID with you to check-in. You will need it to access Williams Hall as well as to check-in and receive your key.

• Note on parking: Gryphons will not be allowed to park in front of Williams Hall during check-in. Please park all vehicles in your assigned Residence Hall parking lot and walk down to Williams Hall to pick up your key.

• If there is an unexpected circumstance that will impact you arriving to campus during your scheduled check-in time, please communicate with the AD On-Duty (484-223-9031) as soon as possible.
