In the age of artificial intelligence, we believe the future value of business lawyers is in acting as the trusted advisors we have always been, trained professionals who understand a client’s business, risk tolerance, and long-term objectives, and who can apply legal judgment in context, not in serving as document-producing workhorses (although we can do that, too).
