If you would like LTS Avondale PTO to help fund your club/sport/class/etc. please complete the below form. Once you submit the form, the PTO will look it over and invite you to the next board meeting. At this board meeting you will give us insight into the need for funding. Funds will be capped at $300 per request. If you would like more, the board meeting will be the place to request that. If you fail to attend the board meeting, your fund request will be denied.
Board Meeting Dates: 8/13, 9/10, 10/15, 11/12, 12/10, 1/14, 2/11, 3/18, 4/8, 5/6 (4pm in Kendra Lewis' room or virtual)
