MOBILE NOTARY 

We are fully mobile and do not work out of an office.  We will meet you at your home, workplace, favorite coffee shop, or any location most convenient for you.  As a notary, our task is to verify the signer’s identity, witness the document signing, and finally affix our signature and stamp on the document. This also involves checking the authenticity of all documents and ensuring that no signer is signing under duress or constraints. We provide services such as acknowledgments, oaths, and other notarial actions.  All signers must present an unexpired government-issued ID at the time of the signing.

Fees

$15 per signature notarized plus a $25 flat rate roundtrip travel fee within a 30 mile radius of Lynnwood, WA. (For roundtrip travel beyond 30 miles, an additional fee of $1.50 per mile will be added at time of service.)

We accept Zelle, ApplePay, Venmo, check, or cash. Notary does not carry cash.

You may also contact us with a brief description of what type of document needs to be notarized.  All signers must present an unexpired government-issued ID at the time of the signing. *Notary cannot notarize vital records or complete a Medallion signature.
