Chuck Davidson - Managing Partner
Chuck Davidson has spent his career in dedicated company leadership positions in the national environmental and energy solutions business since his graduation from Georgetown. In his initial years at Honeywell he set records in Sales, Field leadership, and National Marketing Groups. Chuck was the father of the energy solutions business in the education, healthcare, and industrial markets, today a multi-billion dollar market. His reputation as a industry visionary and leader is known.
In addition Chuck continued his advanced education at the executive level at Harvard, Wharton and the University of Minnesota. From Honeywell Chuck took a leadership role with the Linc Group, a national franchise and contracting organization. He worked in their Limbach Constructors division, a top 5 national contractor as the COO, and CEO of the Linc National service company. Chuck grew the company through acquisition and organic growth with double digit growth and profitability resulting in the successful sale of the company.Chuck is a principal founder for the Legacy Service Group and dedicated to providing our clients a unique solutions to their business needs today and tomorrow. Mark Noonan - Managing Partner
Selling Service agreements is one of the best ways to get introduced to the services business, which is where Mark's career began. From there, Mark went into management with Honeywell, where he was responsible for growing key offices. Mark's specialty was to turn around troubled offices, increasing sales and profits. He set national standards with Honeywell in profit achievement, as well as customer retention efforts. Mark then moved to an independent contractor in Cincinnati, Ohio, where as President he grew a fledgling service department into a flagship service business with 8 offices in 5 states. During this time, Mark also formed a successful IT service business using the same philosophy as the HVAC business. Using the concepts from both divisions, he also became the chief architect of an industry leading dispatching and business management software for the service industry. This software has revolutionized the operations of many of the companies that it has been installed in over the last 10 years.
In 2007, Mark made the decision to move full time to the consulting business. He still consults with the software company that he helped to develop.
