The CARE Collective strengthens student, staff, and family wellbeing by providing intentional spaces, resources, and community connections that affirm needs, restore balance, and empower everyone to thrive. 

The CARE Collective was created to:

• Build a compassionate support network that responds to academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.

• Equip families, students, and staff with tools that promote wellness, resilience, and positive school culture.

• Increase access to support services through structured care teams, workshops, and one-on-one assistance.

• Strengthen school-family partnerships that foster trust, belonging, and consistent collaboration.

• Promote a culture of engagement and whole-child development across all LPCA campuses.
