Shannon’s fees to act as an executor and do care in time of need will be as follows:

• Executorship Acceptance fees shall be Rs. 75000/-.

• During the time of execution it will be 0.5 – 2 % of the market value of assets, with minimum fees of  4 lacs. 

• Exact fees shall be discussed and determined with the head of Family based on the size, nature and jurisdiction of the assets.

As an Nominee Care and Executor our scope includes:

• Applying for and obtaining a probate certificate.

• Distributing the assets to the beneficiaries in accordance with the Will.

• Providing legal assistance in case of any dispute.

• Payment of debt, duties and expenses as detailed by the testator.

Shannon’s fees to act as Insurance Expert and do care in time of need will be as follows:

• Acceptance fees shall be Rs. 25000/- per policy.

• During the time of execution it will be 0.5 – 2 % of the insurance claim value, with minimum fees of  1 lacs. 

• Exact fees shall be discussed and determined with the Family Head based on the size, nature and number of policies.

As an Insurance Care and Expertour scope includes:

• Maintaining all the policies and documentations 

• Maintaining confidentiality of policies from family members 

• Preparation and Filing of application of claim

• Providing legal assistance in case of any dispute.

Add-ons

• Additional meetings with the legal expert shall be chargeable

• Registration of the Will document will be at an additional charge of  Rs. 10,000

• Overseas courier charges will be extra
