The Visual Arts students will learn to plan and execute an idea through research and exploration of materials, tools and techniques. The students will also learn about art history, art movements, various cultures, and develop a strong appreciation for the arts in general. They will learn how to develop a quality portfolio of work in order to compete for scholarships and for pursuing career opportunities. The students will learn all of the aspects to produce a gallery show.
