Cross Country

** All cross country meets are held on Saturdays and are parent responsibility to get the athlete to the venue

Indoor Track

**all meets are held at the Birmingham Cross Plex and will be parent responsibility for travel

Outdoor Track

**only those that qualify for the state meet at sectionals and relay alternates are able to attend the state meet in Gulf Shores. It is also parents responsibility to get their athlete to the state meet for their scheduled events.**

Students in 8th - 12th grade are invited to be a part of the LHS Track and Cross Country teams.

NEWS

Fees: $60 for cross country and indoor track (parents transport athletes)

$75 for outdoor track since we utilize buses.

(cross country, indoor and outdoor are all different seasons)

Starting with the 2020 indoor season, all athletes will be required to purchase their uniforms from BSN sports. The coach will give the athletes the link.

All student athletes must have a current physical on file and their online paperwork completed in Dragonfly to complete.
