Ben Frampton is a Leeds based musician and the drummer for No Redemption. Formerly the drummer for The North, his drumming can be heard on the song "Changin' People" which was their first single hitting over an astonishing 10, 000 listens on Spotify. During his time with The North, he performed with the one of the only Leeds Junior Conservatoire bands to be picked at the First Direct Arena. After parting ways with the North and gaining a lot of live performance and recording experience, he went on to focus more on No Redemption. He has gone from playing in Pop- Rock bands to Indie and Shoegaze bands all within the space of working with No Redemption. His influences range from Jeff Porcaro and Simon Philips of Toto to Bernard Purdie, John Bonham of Led Zeppelin and Stewart Copeland from The Police. From beginning drums at the age of 10, he is known for his tricky, well thought out grooves and busy, yet tasty drum fills along with his unique technique which allows him to stay relaxed while playing.
