To access Google Classroom, please follow the directions below:

• Go to classroom.google.com.

• Click Go to Classroom.

• Use your student Lee County Schools email address.

  • The email address is the first initial, last name, last four digits of the student MSIS number, and @leecountyschools.us. For example, John Doe MSIS# 1234567 would be jdoe4567@leecountyschools.us.

  • The password will be password1.

If a class is already setup, you will see your class.

• Click on the name of the class, and join the class.

• Resources and messages will be on the Stream tab and Classwork tab.

If class is not already setup, the page will probably be blank or missing the class you need.

• To join a class, click the plus sign (+) in the top right corner of the page and click join a class.

• Enter the Class Code______(your teacher can give you this code)__________________.

• Click Join.

• The class will now appear on your screen.

• Click on the name of the class.

• Resources and messages will be on the Stream tab and Classwork tab.

How do I access my Google Classrooms?

1. Sign into your school email account.

2. Click the nine dots in the right hand corner (Google Apps).

3. Choose the Google Classroom App. This will take you to your Google Classrooms dashboard. You will see all of your classes listed here.

How do I submit my assignments?

1. Do not share your assignment with your teacher unless your teacher requests that you share it with him or her.

2. Once you click View Assignment, you can either complete the assignment via the document that your teacher provided, or you can add (+) a Google Doc, Slides, Sheets, or Drawings to the assignment. For most assignments, you will choose a Doc. You may also add from your Google Drive or add a file directly from your device. Make sure that you "Mark As Done" or "Turn In". If you fail to skip this step, your teacher will not receive your assignment; therefore, you will not receive a grade.
