Ledyard Public Schools has worked collaboratively with other districts in the region to create optional learning activities for students to use during short-term school closures. This approach is similar to the summer learning activities many families choose to access. The resources are designed to provide skills-based practice to reinforce core academic content as well as engaging and authentic tasks to encourage students to problem-solve. These resources are not designed to take the place of instruction.

If parents choose to utilize these optional activities and resources, we recommend that their children be encouraged to select activities that are of interest.
