Repeated Pattern task

You should create your own piece of original repeated pattern artwork during this lesson. There are various ways you can do this.

Watch the videos:

• You could take a photograph of a drawing/painting you have already done and use digital techniques to create repeated patterns.

• You could create a new drawing like demonstrated in the second video. However you should use influences from your sketchbook rather than numbers like she does in the video. You can either leave it as a double repeat drawing or take it one step further by repeating the image like she does on PowerPoint.

See what you can create using these different options and send Mrs Way evidence of your patten work. These will inform a page in you sketchbook.
