I attended the College of New Jersey in Ewing, NJ, where I graduated with a degree in English Secondary Education. 

This is my fourth year of teaching middle school, and my second year at Woodglen. I am so excited to have a wonderful and memorable year with you all! 

I believe that key to any successful classroom is open and honest communication, mutual respect and constant modeling of the expectations. In my classroom I do not expect perfection; I expect mistakes. Mistakes from which we can grow from. 

I am the oldest of three. 

I cannot whistle.

I have a pugwawa named Franky, a trouble making cat named Kuvo and a tortoise who loves strawberries named Morty.
