HOTEL ACTIVITIES
GUIDELINES FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY:
Wearing of face masks in all public areas of the hotel is mandatory.
Bringing of personal water bottles/tumblers and other utensils are recommended.
HOTEL SERVICES:
Linen Changes: For long-staying guests (2 nights and above), make-up room is strictly upon request (10:00AM-4:00PM only)
Important note: should you fail to notify the front office team or hang the make-up room sign within the given time, the hotel personnel in-charge reserves the right to refuse service. We discourage make-up rooms, unless necessary.
For other requests, you may dial "0".

Front Office and Housekeeping are available for 24 hours.
The Bistro Café: M-TH: 6AM-10PM/F-SUN: 6AM-12MN
Breakfast buffet (The Bistro Café): 6AM-10AM daily
The Bistro Café room service: M-TH: 6AM-10PM/F-SUN: 6AM-12MN
Housekeeping room service: 9AM-10PM daily
Pool Area is open from 7AM-9PM. Proper swimming attire is required.
Gatherings and/or parties are not allowed unless permitted. The hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
QUIET HOURS: 10PM-7AM. If you become aware of a disruptive guest, please contact Front desk staff immediately by room phone or in person.
Strictly no pets allowed inside the hotel.
CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE: Failure to check-out on or before the standard check-out time of 12:00 NN, a notification and courtesy call will be made. Should you miss the call three (3) times, the room will automatically be cleared in preparation for the next check-in guest. Your belongings will be securely gathered and placed in the front office area.
The hotel assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value, please inform us immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.
LeBlanc has no available generator set, the hotel has no liability for any power outage.
Access to our Wi-Fi is free for our registered guests. Wi-Fi signals and speed is subject to change without notice depending on our provider's status. LeBlanc has no liability for any lost internet connection.
APPLICABLE CHARGES:
20% corkage fee (based on meal receipt) for food and drinks bought outside and brought into the hotel, may apply during the open hours of the hotel restaurant, the bistro café (6AM-9PM).
Borrowing utensils and other items from the restaurant are discouraged. Charges are applicable
All room types and public areas such as hallways, swimming pool area, and function rooms are non-smoking areas and are fitted with smoke detectors. A penalty worth Php 5,000.00 is charged for smoking inside the room. A designated smoking area is provided outside and away from the building.
DAMAGE TO PROPERTY:
Guests are liable for any damage/stains to linens howsoever caused (whether by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act) to the room(s), hotel’s premises, or property caused by the guest or any person in your party whether or not staying at the hotel during your stay. LeBlanc hotel reserves the right to charge such amounts depending on the item.
Guest rooms found with waste strewn around, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to maintenance deep cleaning fee, worth Php 5,000.00
