Child Find Screenings are offered several times within a school year to identify children and families who would benefit from a preschool experience.  Our screenings take place at Lebanon Elementary School.  They are a small group, play based observation conducted by many members of the Preschool team.  This also includes parent participation of filling out an online questionnaire prior to the screening. 

YOUR CHILD SHOULD BE THREE BY THE SCREENING DATE YOU CHOOSE.

Please know unless there is a developmental concern for your child, this screening will not guarantee immediate enrollment. Wait list information is compiled and families will be notified when moved off the wait list.   

Information in regards to the parent form, and documentation needed will be sent by email from gretchen.brochu@lebanonct.org prior to the screening date you have requested.
