Should your Chromebook require servicing, please email both Helpdesk@ddcuae.ae and nino@learnitacademy.com with the following information:

• Issue Description: brief description of the problem you are experiencing with your Chromebook.

• Serial Number: Provide the serial number of your device (this can usually be found on the bottom of the Chromebook or in the "About Chrome OS" settings).

• School Name: State the name of the school.

• Purchase Email: Include the email address you used when you purchased the device.
