To keep your mental and physical health safe, you will have to keep yourself busy and try to find happiness in every small thing you can.

Some solutions to making lockdown fun are:-

  • Try learning a new skill which you are not very good at for example cooking, singing etc... I am recommending this from my own experience as during lockdown I learned robotics coding, learning this new skill.'

  • Spend time with your own family and keep yourself socially connected to the friends with the help of social media. Try and connect more with your grandparents during this time

  • Take care of your physical health by making yourself a workout and follow it every week.

  • Keep giving yourself regular break from the excess screen time due to online school. take a break by sitting outside in the sun.

  • Keep your mental spirits up by reading good literature books.

  • Try yoga or meditation

  • Keep in contact with all your friends and family and keep asking them if their health is fine or not.
