Please come join our team and enjoy a few activities on, Wednesday, May 14th. Please see your child's time below!
Please follow the process below when you arrive, our groups are based on your child's last name:
We invite you to bring your child to meet our staff and pick up their Welcome to Kindergarten Bag. Please plan to stay for the full hour, so your child can take part in a few activities.
We will be located in the gym. You will be entering through the outdoor gym doors (located by the front of the school) and exiting through the back doors of the gym (don't worry, staff and our Grade 7 helpers will be there to help!). Please wait by the gym doors until your time, we will have someone to greet you at the door!
Please make sure you complete our questionnaire (see below) before the end of June. If you need some assistance to complete the form, please let staff know at our WTK event.
Based on your Child's last name:
A - M 9:00 - 10:00
N - Z 10:15 - 11:15
Please respect that some staff and families may still be wearing masks and keeping distance during your visit. To support our staff and families, we have set up some guidelines to make everyone feels welcome. Please see below:
Only one family at a time at the table when signing in, please keep distance to ensure everyone is comfortable and allow our Grade 7 helpers time to check each family in.
If you or your child have any cold or flu-like symptoms, please stay home and we can arrange another pick up time to meet you and your child.
During activities, we encourage you and your child to stay at that particular station until that particular activity is finished. We encourage your child to do these activities independently.
